Generate Receipt

If you need a receipt from a recent charging session, and you don’t have a ChargePoint account, please send the following information to Customer Support (support@chargepoint.com):

  • + Your name and email address.
  • + The date when the charging session was started.
  • + The last four digits of your credit card.

Customer Service will email the receipt to you. ChargePoint account holders can access a statement of financial transactions by logging into their account.
